We are Alejandra & Morgan!
Our rainbow family includes two rescue dogs, Coyote & Ariel & our newest addition, baby Alaia. We live in Toronto, Canada.
Our shared passion is to open minds and hearts in order to contribute to social change and spread love in the world.
In 2016, I saw a picture of Alejandra through a friend and instantly knew that we needed to meet. We organically connected about two months later and met for a drink. We quickly realized we were meant to be.
In 2017 we married at our cottage overlooking the lake and surrounded by 18 immediate family members. We are blessed to have accepting & supportive family on both sides. In 2018 we were fortunate to buy our first house together in Toronto and make it a home. This November 4th we welcomed our 1st child into the world, Alaia Dakota. Our hearts have exploded and we are head over heels for her.
We love being outdoors and active. We often fill our time exploring hiking trails, cottaging, travelling, and if weather permits, wake surfing.
We started documenting our journey together on IG in July 2020. The purpose was to have a family photo album and keep connected with our family around the world. Within a couple of months of having our account, we received feedback from followers thanking us for our account. Followers from around the world expressed support in us sharing our story and for normalizing gay family’s. We acknowledge that we live in an accepting community (bubble) in Toronto. However, many people globally are not able to live authentic and transparent lives because of fear. Making our story public is our way of contributing to change while inspiring others to live an active life. We hope to continue to be a source of positivity and inspiration.
